Low-Sugar Tri-Berry Smoothie
When it comes to smoothies, there's no such thing as too many berries! This particular low-sugar recipe incorporates three kinds—blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It clocks in at about 9 grams of sugar.

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1-2 tbsp flaxseed
